WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

IT REALLY IS GOOD FOR YOU LINKS

THE CHOCOLATE CELLAR

So, what is the difference between the chocolate I make and use for my production and other chocolates?

The chocolate I use is not "Family chocolate" ie the cocoa butter is not tampered with and replaced by vegetable oils.

Instead of using just high cocoa solid contents, the chocolate has a good taste derived from the blend of cocoa beans. You wouldn't assume that wine with a high alcohol content is good wine, and the same applies to chocolate.

I use the freshest ingredients available - each batch is tested by a group of dedicated chocoholics.

The chocolates are produced on a very small scale - no more than 150 chocolates in one batch. There are no conveyor belts or packaging plants. Everything is done by hand.
