Introduction

The Chocolate Cellar is an artisan Chocolaterie in the heart of Liverpool. Visitors have the chance to relax and enjoy our real hot chocolate whilst watching the chocolatiers hard at work. The Chocolate Cellar offers a range of services – handmade artisan chocolate, real hot chocolate, tasting parties, chocolate workshops, wedding cakes and favours to name but a few.

Pre-Arrival

• The shop is accessible from Central Station and from Paradise Street Bus Station

• There are a number of paid car parks nearby – however there is no onstreet parking

Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

• The entrance door is 112cm wide – a clear opening width. Staff are on hand to assist with opening the door when required

• The shop is an open area and there are no stairs / corridor to consider

• Circulation within the building is good, with wide access routes around the display stands/counters, seating/tables and cafe ordering counter.

• Drinks and Food are ordered from the counter with athe menu/pricelist displayed on blackboards. Staff are always on hand to assist as required

Future Plans

• We are aiming to improve acoustics, will possibly be looking at providing a loop system
• We are also aiming to improve the seating and provide a variety of seating for different needs
