Can you belive it closed in 1991!! I have just visited the Chocolate Cellar in Liverpool and I strongly advise you to visit as soon as you possibly can! I had never met Marcus before today, but was so enthralled by his passion and knowledge that I ended up spending nearly 45 minutes talking to him. I thought I knew a lot about Chocolate but Marcus knows much more. I often bump into people who remember "Truffles" and ask me where they can find good chocolate in Liverpool. The answer now is go to The Chocolate Cellar! There's no excuse - the shop is at the bottom of Hanover St. just by John Lewis in Liverpool One.
